Man, I am all over the place. I am really a classic entrepreneur. Earlier this year (yes, I mean last month) I decided I was selling two companies, starting a blog, writing a book, creating three websites, and what the heck; starting a podcast. Oh, meanwhile I have a 3rd grader, a kid that’s trying to pick a college, and a wife that would like to talk to me from time to time. I tell you all of this, because I recently wrote and article on a website I set up last month (that I now intend to take down) entitled “Oops, I Did It Again“. I talked about overextending myself and making life not fun. Just like the classic book by Michael Gerber, E-Myth, talks about; I suffer from entrepreneurial seizures. I have a great idea, and act on it.
Anyway, sanity prevailed (you know, my wife stepped in) and I think we’ve got everything under control now. Check out the announcement (Growth, Change, and Focus) on 2020 REI about what the businesses are doing if you are curious.
As for all my crazy ideas, yes, I’m doing them. There is a bit more of a plan though. Jennifer says I have the gift of gab, so why would I want to type. Makes sense. We’re going to spend more time on podcasts and shows. The book will write itself, I think…
SOOOO, make sure you follow the blog and my YouTube channel. Like my page on Facebook and follow me on Twitter. I’m excited to share my time management, outsourcing, marketing, home buying, BBQ eating, real estate investing, football watching awesomeness with you. I think we can both go a long way together!

The hard part is focus. Change happens whether you like it or not. If your business isn’t growing, it’s dying. But focus is where your energy needs to be so you know where you are, what’s working / what’s not and what to do about it, where you’re heading.
Thanks for sharing your changes and reasons for them.
