MenaceCon is being produced by Terrence Burner. I met Terrence at a mastermind recently. This event was really attractive to me because it isn’t “just” real estate. There will be a lot of real estate (Terrence does 200+ deals a year) but there will also be sales, marketing, branding, and business solutions content. There are a lot of impressive entrepreneurs speaking. I assure you this is not a pitch fest.
