Dr. Mark G. Dotzour is a real estate economist who served for 18 years as Chief Economist of the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University in College Station. He has given more than 1,600 presentations to more than 295,000 people and has written over 90 articles for magazines and journals. His research findings have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Money Magazine and Business Week.

Kathy Fettke received her BA in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University and worked in the newsrooms of CNN, FOX, CTV and ABC-7. She’s past-president of American Women in Radio & Television.  With a passion for researching and sharing the most important facts on real estate and economics, Kathy is a frequent guest expert on such media as CNN, CNBC, Fox News, NPR, CBS MarketWatch and the Wall Street Journal. Ken Channell has focused his career on organizational development and helping franchisees and their teams focus on using their strength to develop profitable businesses. Mr. Channell started as Director of Training in 1998 and was promoted to Vice President Team Development in 2005 before becoming Co-President in 2009. He has been in real estate franchising since 1977, beginning his career with the Gallery of Homes and later becoming vice president of marketing for ERA International in 1987, where he served for the next nine years. Prior to Auction.com, Blomquist directed ATTOM Media, a division of ATTOM Data Solutions, which publishes original real estate reports and analysis.
