Real Estate Investor Training is one of the fun things I do across the country. I am excited to be presenting another Ugly House Seminar in Richmond, VA with my friend, Moe Mathews. The Ugly House Seminar is an eight-hour educational event where I teach about buying houses, and running a real estate investment business.

The Ugly House Seminar is a one day real estate investing seminar I teach. I am excited about heading to Baltimore in May to share what I know.

This real estate investing class is designed for beginners and intermediate level investors. I like to focus on starting with the end in mind. My favorite part of the day is teaching the lead conversion aspect of real estate investing. Learning how to be a real estate investor is as much about understanding supply and demand, as it is about having money.
This event features me as a speaker. Now, we will have a couple of sponsors talk to you, but they are trusted vendors of mine (don’t forget they are buying the coffee, cookies, and most importantly lunch!) that I do business with regularly. We also bring in one of our local franchisees, to put a local, ACTIVE full-time investors spin on it.
I draw on my experiences from the last 11 years, and over 1,000 houses. I am also lucky to leverage the experience of all of the franchisees in the HomeVestors network. In 16 years our network has bought more than 50,000 houses.
