This business-to-business investment provider event is designed to help vendors sell more. This assumption has proven to work. We know two businesses that met acquirers at this event. The result led to them selling their companies, properties or services for tens of millions of dollars.
The Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine Investor Provider Leadership Summit is a bi-annual investment provider conference held each Spring (East Coast – Spring 2013 Baltimore, MD) and each Fall (Phoenix, AZ)
SOLVING A SALES PROBLEM
In 2010, Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine decided rather than waiting for the market to come together and generate sales for our clients we would get proactive and set up relationships internationally.
We took clients to events in Australasia that led to the sale of hundreds of homes to Australians, New Zealanders and other nationals. The problem then became standards based metrics that were in line with international real estate accounting rules reliable vendors and reliable property providers. The first Investor Provider Leadership Summit was designed to fill that need.
We were surprised how many of these attendees found reasons to do business with each other as well as collaborate, acknowledge standards and do better business for the benefit of individual investors, national and international. That September 2010 event was so successful that we were asked to repeat this bi-annually.
PROFESSIONAL FORM & FUNCTION
It brings together a select group of participants representing the industry’s leading real estate investment-related companies. The purpose is to create relationships within the industry that lead to innovation, business partnerships, improved standards of operation and recognition by the mainstream media of this multibillion-dollar business.
